
Cycle 1
- 2 chicken breasts (sliced in strips)
- 2 Tbsp fat free Italian dressing
- 1 Tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Mrs Dash Onion and herb (or minced onion)
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fat free Sour Cream
Saute mushrooms in olive oil, add chicken breast and marinade, and saute until chicken is cooked through. Turn off heat and add sour cream to chicken mixture. Stir to heat through.
Serves 2.
