
Cycle 1
- 1 lbs Ground turkey
- 1 T Worchershire sauce
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Sage
- 3-4 oz low fat blue cheese or fat free feta cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- handful of spinach
- 1 egg
- Cracked red pepper
- Chili sauce
Can also stuff mixture into bell peppers and cook for about 45 minutes.
